Responsible in the preparation of the annual company's budget, correlating all department funding taken as a whole. Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating departmental resources as to capital expenditures, equipments, inventories of supplies, budgeting of funds including manpower resources with regards to hiring, disciplining, scheduling and evaluating employees performance. Responsible in analyzing financial statements and other related reports pertaining to the company's business stability.
is responsible for the selection and hiring of qualified seafarers that suits the requirement of the Company and the Principal's/Manager's criteria. And, to ensure that ships are manned with adequate, qualified, skilled, certificated and medically fit seafarers in accordance with national and international requirements.
is responsible in preparing all documents needed or required to seafarers who are candidate for embarkation on one of our manned vessels. It is also responsible in monitoring all certifcates and licenses as to when it will expire.
is responsible in effectively conducting the In-house training courses to all the seafarers (ex crew and new crew) of the company comprising the Management Level, Junior Officer Level and Ratings. Training Deaprtment is responsible in making the "Fleet Circulars" for disseminating to all manned vessel of the company whenever an applicable non-conformance is identified. Training Department shall continuously identify the qualified seafarers training needs giving emphasis to its great relevance in addressing corrective actions for a noted and recorded non-conformity.
